Will a travel eSIM work on my phone?
Check two things before choosing a plan: your exact phone model supports eSIM and your carrier has unlocked it. Airalo publishes a device compatibility list; regional versions can differ. Once those checks are done, compare plans that cover your destination and the full length of your trip.
Should I install my eSIM before I fly?
Read your chosen plan's validity policy first. Most Airalo plans start counting down when they connect to a supported network, while some start at installation. Follow that plan's setup instructions so your data is ready when you need it without starting the validity period too early.
Which airport transfer should I book for my group and luggage?
Compare both the passenger count and luggage capacity shown for each vehicle. Add child seats when needed, and tell the provider about strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment or oversized bags before booking. Kiwitaxi recommends contacting support to choose a suitable vehicle for non-standard luggage. Then confirm your exact hotel or drop-off address.
Where do I meet my transfer driver, and what if my flight is delayed?
Your booking voucher gives the airport meeting point. Enter your full flight number when booking, save the voucher and keep the driver or support contact handy. For Kiwitaxi, notify the driver if your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes or baggage collection takes longer than expected. Check your booking's included waiting time and extra waiting charges.
How do I choose an activity that fits my layover?
Work backward from the time you need to be back at the airport. Allow for travel both ways, arrival formalities, security and the activity itself, and confirm you can leave the airport. Choose an entry time you can comfortably make. Klook distinguishes open-date vouchers from fixed-date tickets, so check the voucher's validity and any reservation requirements before booking.
Can I cancel an activity if my travel plans change?
Choose an offer with cancellation terms that fit your itinerary. Klook activities may offer free cancellation within a stated window, conditional cancellation or no cancellation. Check the selected package before paying and save its deadline. If a flight disruption affects your booking, contact the operator or Klook promptly; a missed fixed-date booking does not automatically qualify for a refund.
